The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Safety measures
We take organizational, contractual and technical state-of-the-art safety measures to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are complied with and to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. The safety measures include, in particular, the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our server.
Transfer of data to third parties and third party providers
Transfer of data to third parties is performed only according to legal regulations. We will transfer the data to third parties if this is for example, according to Art. 6 par.. 1, lit. b. of GDPR required for contractual purposes or based on legitimate interests according to Art. 6, par. 1 lit. f. of GDPR in our economic and effective business operations.
If we engage subcontractors to provide our services, we take appropriate legal precautions and appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
Insofar as contents, tools or other means from other providers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "third party providers") are used in the context of this data protection declaration and their registered office is located in a third country, it can be assumed that data will be transferred to the states of residence of the third party providers. Third countries are deemed to be the countries where GDPR is not a directly applicable law, i.e. basically the countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area. The transfer of data to third countries is performed either when there is an adequate level of data protection, user consent or other legal authorization.

Integration of services and contents of third parties
Within our online offer based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online services within the meaning of Art. 6, par. 1, lit. GDRP), we use content or service offers from third-party providers in order to integrate their contents and services, such as videos or fonts (collectively referred to as "contents"). This always requires that the third-party providers of this contents perceive the users' IP address, since they cannot send the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. Third parties may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also referred to as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. The "pixel tags" can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device and may in addition include technical information about the browser and operating system, reference web pages, time of visit, and other information regarding the use of our online offer and can be linked to such information from other sources.
The following presentation provides an overview of third-party providers as well as their contents, as well as links to their data protection statements, which further contain notes on the processing of data and, partly as stated herein, possibility of filing objections (the so-called opt-out):
